Some of you hate all the updates, and some of you love them. This post is here to tell you that love/hate relationship is going to continue, as more little tweaks, fixes, and enhancements come into shape.Part of this is to incorporate the new card games coming, which will eventually be followed by board games. Along with all of that also means planning for ladders and leagues. Because of the completely different nature in card and board games versus cdrom based games, a new server software package is being created to handle these. For those in the cdrom side, this will keep you seperate from all of the server resets that will happen as we build the card/board side of things.
There will still be the single client to manage both groups, and hopefully the "required" updates will be kept to a minimum. There is no planned release date for the "new side" at this time, but we have decided that Hearts will be the first game.
