Being welcomed depends on what you are going to do... 
If you are going to join in with one of the cdrom lobbies, or hang around for the new card/board game side and play some games, then have fun!
If you are going to spam the forums (or lobbies) with junk posts for pills, sex, dating services, etc, or spout off racial slurs... then I'm afraid you won't have an enjoyable stay.
