OK - By Trial and error I Got it running , here's what I did. Removed current Nvidia Drivers and re-installed Forceware 93.71 found here http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_93.71.html .Then applied EXE Patch only not the DLL or csfix and bada bing - I'm back in buisness.
